I updated my list of Bollywood movies on Amazon Prime with a bunch of recent additions to the catalog. The new batch includes a few Tamil and Marathi films and some Hindi-dubbed titles, but most are Hindi movies. I’ve only seen a few of them, including Aakrosh (which I found really accessible for an international audience), Kidnap (which had its moments), and Jail (which stunk). I also updated my list of Bollywood movies on Netflix to include the surprise addition of three older Shah Rukh Khan movies: Main Hoon Na, Paheli,and Phir Bhi Dil Hai Hindustani.
I am a regular reader of your blog. It really helps a lot to be updated on Hindi movies on Netflix/Amazon Prime. Can you please also add Hotstar in your list as its also available in US and they have good collection.
Hi, Alok! I like Hotstar, too. I haven’t made a separate list for Hotstar (or Eros Now) because there isn’t an easy way for me to see what movies are new at their site and which have expired — something I am able to check for Netflix and Amazon Prime. I hope to write a review of Hotstar’s service at some point in the future, so watch out for that.
